Any ideas on what this pass is for, Im finding heaps of stuff in my collection that I have no idea what they are for. Thats why I am so glad I found this site, lots of helpful people, Thanks for any advice you may give, its much appreciated.

Hello!
This is a idendity card for a member of the Security- and Auxiliary-service of the city of Hamburg.
It was part of the local Luftschutzleiter (air-raid-protection, civil-air defense) under command of the Hamburg Police department.
These persons looked for the air-raid-shelters, checked darkening measures, helped people to get into the shelters and so on.
