Do you have access to these books? Or possibly a source to purchase one or more? Thank you for your time.

Hello

Somewhere in my mess (I am moving at the moment) I remember having several hundred pages lists and Kennblätter. What do you need maybe I find them.

Kennblatt D 50/12 Kraftfahrzeuge - Indian Model 340

#4

Post by Martinski » 28 Jan 2006, 21:19

Hey Christoph,

Could you please have a look in your documentation among the D 50/12 Kraftfahrzeuge; I am looking for any German document on the motorcycle Indian Model 340 (or Type 74). The German Army took several batches (Beutefahrzeug) of these bikes from the French Army after their surrender in 1940.

These Indian Model 340's were used by German troops throughout the war. One of my Model 340's was recovered in Ukraine and brought back. Under restoration now.

As I am preparing a booklet upon this particular m/c; I would be grateful to receive any German document (copy or scan) concerning this bike.

Mant thanks,

Martinski

Hello,
This is an old thread but I collect period technical manuals - 1890-1945 (US, German, KuK, UK). I have around 450 and have the first 6 Vols of D50 (original). I am looking to complete the series. If anyone out there has any original D 50 series manuals Vol 7+ and you are interested in helping to complete the series please contact me.
Kind Regards

Hi, not sure that these documents belong to this section, but here they are:

D 51/2, Gebrauchsanleitung für englisches Gerät, Berlin 1941.

Hello,

I hope that this topic is still observed?
I have now collected all the identification sheets and digital.
But I noticed that my D 50/5, /6 and more are not complete.

Does anyone then also have all or some of the D 50 and want to help me to complete my D 50 and make it more complete?

Would be very pleased.

Kind regards
Dominik

Hi,

I I'm sorry but I don't have what you are looking for.
I am writing to ask you if you have the pages of the D 50/4 regarding the Italian 75/46 gun, indicated by the German documents as 7.5 cm Flak 264/3 (i) and 7.5 cm Flak 264/4 (i).
I'm looking for confirmation on some ammunition data and unfortunately the Italian and German manuals I have are not enough.

Sorry to bother you.

Regards,

Edgardo

No Problem.
For Information about the Italian FlaK, take a look here. I wrote the article.

https://de.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liste_v ... äts_D_50/4

There I wrote the information what I see in the Kennblätter. If it helps. If not, write again.

Many thanks.
Epoch3 posted the photos of the pages I was interested in. Thanks again anyway.

@Epoch3, do you have more Kennblätter from the numbers 5 and 6? My are just from the year 1942.
