Wehrpass notiz

Found this inside a wehrpass. Can anyone explain what it is?

Its a Wehrpaß Notice, it tells when he was born and his name. :D

Well I can see that too, but why would it be inside a wehrpass when all these datas are there allready?

Andreas K. Odemer provided a scan of such a document for my site and provided the following explenation: Wehrpaß Notiz basically notified the Wehrpaß’s holder that he could be activated at anytime.
