Thanks Greg. Yes I came up with the same . The Schreck looks a little odd I thought and I did wonder if the bottom one was Franz Schadle rather than the second one down.

Yes, I now think you are right and the bottom one is Franz Schädle.
Second one might be Franz Koestler. Also member of Begl. Kdo. d. F.

Any idea on year this postcard was sent?

Georg von Neufville was the Stahlhelm Landesführer in Landesstelle V (Stuttgart).
I don't think it's his signature.

Ask in the NSDAP section for names of other Landesführers there.
