I,ve read Pursuit by Robert Fish a number of times and enjoy it very much, it was also made into a film Twist of Fate the book was a lot more interesting. Also the film As Far as my Feet will Carry Me is very good...

Just saw an old British film from 1940 called Night Train to Munich. One of the stars is Paul Henreid who would go on to star in the 1942 film Casablanca as Victor Lazlo. Considering when it was made, the production values were excellent.
Producer Carol Reed went on to make "The Third Man" also an excellent film.
