No.

I don't have a clue, but it's most certainly a foreign (probably US) production. There were virtually no Unterfeldwebel in the Wehrmacht, but since some fool claimed that an Unterfeldwebel is supposed to be the equivalent of a Sergeant, they popped up like mushrooms in Anglo-Saxon movies.

Correct askropp, it’s not “mothers and fathers”. Not a US production either. Previous clues all have something to do with crossing over water. But none of them are what I am looking for in regards to the picture posted. In other words wrong movies.
Next clue (if needed) will be picture of all the boys.

Okay, this explains why I didn't recognize the still. This pathetic pile of prehistoric bullshit even surpasses the worst Hollywood crap like The Dirty Dozen: Next Mission, U 571 or Fury. I would rather die than watch this outrageous descration of Wicki's masterpiece.

I agree, the original was a masterpiece but that does not exclude the 2008 remake from entering this game.
My clues seemed obvious, at least to me...
Not too far - being Arnhem/A bridge too far.
Not WW1 german general - Ludendorff/The Bridge at Remagen.
And not the far east - The Bridge on the River Kwai
