Game: guess from which war/historical movie is the picture?
Re: Game: guess from which war/historical movie is the picture?
Mark, sorry...
Religion plays a supporting, and also tragic role in the film, a sniper rifle also...
Not a single funny scene in the movie, serious stuff, typical for these years.
Do not concentrate on the "hooded" jacket...

Have not seen this one,or cannot recall anyhow..
I've been watching some really bad so called true documentaries on various WW2 events on some so called expert historians You Tube channels. These are bad in actual facts and actual what happened, and these guys say they are expert historians.

Herr von thoma was right!
The photo was Mickey Rourke as "Martin Fallon" in the 1987 GB/US movie "A Prayer for the Dying".

Re: Game: guess from which war/historical movie is the picture?
The tank in the movie is not a sherman but a Landing Vehicle Tracked 4(AMTRACK) which was armed with a 75 MM howitzer.
Re: Game: guess from which war/historical movie is the picture?
LVT-(A)4, a full image of the mentioned vehicle.
