Victor De K Kowa or some such spelling, movie might be a WW2 era Nazi propaganda flick..Kopt hoch Johnnanes

Mark, the german actor Herr Viktor de Kowa is right.
The german movie from the year 1955 was "Des Teufels General", Viktor de Kowa as SS-Gruppenführer Schmidt-Lausitz.
Nasty, and also excellent performance, as a SS rogue, so far not surpassed...

Right for Herr Waleed.
Die Wannseekonferenz (1984)
English version: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=URSNN5mnI2g
Strange stuff, excellent, and good for another nightmare...
Highly recommended, exceptionally good.
* The very first view of this "movie" I will never forget, it takes a lot of strength to see, to understand all these details.

Re: Game: guess from which war/historical movie is the picture?
Waleed, the movie was probably the german/czech production "Sass", from the year 2001.
Wikipedia: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sass_(Film)
IMDb: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0292648/
Good film, first-class actors, lots of period color of the city of Berlin during the Weimar Republic.
Would love to see again, the film was unfortunately rarely repeated...

The film version of the gangster legend about the Sass brothers, who caused a sensation with a series of elegant booty raids between 1926 and 1933.
Franz and Erich Sass are the Robin Hoods of Berlin in the late 1920s: they try to pull off spectacular and profitable jobs without bloodshed; the loot is spent on expensive clothes and brought to the people through wine, women and song. They empty safes in banks and state tax offices faster than the police allow, with whom Franz and Erich begin a cat-and-mouse game. The situation becomes serious when, in the early 1930s, the brothers incur the wrath of the Nazis, who want to eliminate the gangster duo by any means necessary.
