One of my favourite war movies. I first watched it as a teenager and had to wait more than 20 years before it was on television again. Even now, it's still pretty obscure. Only recently released on DVD.
Probably the first movie to accurately recreate Hitler's Reich Chancellery and what a splendid job they've made of the Cabinet Room - from the ceiling design to the furnishings, the layout and even Hitler's huge globe can be spotted in the background.
Great movie. Great plot. Great cast. What is the movie?

Well done that man.
Great movie available on YouTube. I believe this was also the first British post war movie that depicted Hitler on screen, although only the back of his head and arms were seen. The shrieking voice, screaming at his generals was impressive too...
Which is all the more ironic as he was played by Kenneth Griffith - the mildest, quietest actor you could ever come across.
Here's the movie for anyone interested. Trust me, you won't be disappointed:

Also notable for being Michael Caine's debut in an incredibly small role, but the voice is unmistakable.

Btw, the bald headed "Nazi" above was Herr Kurt Meisel.

You should already have a rudimentary idea, of who it was at the time.

Still no posts yet. I guess you're all still busy watching and enjoying "The Two Headed Spy"
Here's a new one. Based on historical events. The commentary in this scene is part of cult movie folklore.
It will be interesting to see how many of you will have seen this movie. It was banned for several decades because of the gratuitous violence.

Hi VanillaNuns,
the stillshot probably from the 2006 movie "The Last King of Scotland", starring Mr. Forest Whitaker as Idi Amin..?
Link: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Last_ ... and_(film)
Eccellent movie, the performance of Whitacker outstanding, very recommended!
