Do I gather from that trailer that the film is going to be shown in Germany dubbed into German, rather than subtitled?

Regards
I can supply the uniforms made by the uniform manufacturer of this film. There was talk i might even be able to get some of the very uniforms used in the film. Especially the DAK ones. Still on going. Have supplied the officers uniforms here in the UK and the quailty is superb. Cost for tunic, breeches and cap around £450.00. Will try to post some pics.

I think some of us will try to judge the movie by slightly broader criteria than whether Stauffenberg's buttons are in the right place.

Agreed. Or whether Cruise is playing him, or not.

The original trailer was awful!!!
Yet, NOW I actually want to see it!!!
Amazing what a bit of strategic editing can do!

I have seen the movie is finally going to be released in America on Dec 25. I find that mildly amusing in a vaguely paranoid conspiratorial sort of way. :? I guess an opening on Friday the 26th wouldn't have the same "effect".

Michael - pretty picky to focus on his wound badge not being visible....I just think its a great poster. The white English one has some minimalist artisitc merit but I would not want it on my rec room wall.

Colin
I was being picky about him wearing it on the wrong side of his uniform actually. :P

There's nothing for you to think about, Colin - I intimated at that two pages ago with my Photoshop comment. :)

This is going up against a couple of good movies opening the same week in the States. I really hope its not a complete flop, we need more historical movies like this in theatres.

I, for one, am so starved for World War 2 movies that at least approximate history that I would watch it even if it starred Carrot Top . . .
