Kidnapped at gunpoint by a German unit from his village in the heart of Transylvania, a devout teenager finds himself starving to death in a POW camp. The only way out is by joining a Romanian Waffen-SS unit. As the Anglo-American and Soviet fronts grip Nazi Germany in an ever-tightening vise, the last months of war find him on the losing side, wearing its most hated uniform.

Chapters list:
Prologue, Veronica, The Coming of the Front, Abducted, Russian Standoff, Death March, Switching Sides, Evening Camp, The Horseman From Hell, In the German POW Camp, Dollersheim, The Cavalryman’s Boredom, Into the Altdamm Pocket, Work Battalion, Crossing the Oder, An Unfortunate Encounter, Firefight, Air Raid, Disbandment, Crossing the Front, Sniping, Partying with the 139th Rifle Division, Panzer Counterattack, In the Russian POW Camp, In the American POW Camp, In Berlin, Epilogue

Hello, everyone. Crossing the Eastern Front, my second novella, is based on my grandfather's miraculous story of survival. It is available for pre-order on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00SY3COK4

Thank you for the opportunity to mention it here!
