I don't know if this was discussed here before, but I just saw this movie and totally enjoyed it. I recommend it highly.

Not dolls but everything civilian they brought with them to get them to understand that they are not going home soon with his rant "we thought that war would be easy and we will win fast but we are retreating, understand retreating and taking great losses. Really great and powerfull movie. In my book ranks as no.1 with Brest fortress. They did take some liberties with the true story but managed to keep that in reasonable mesure
This song fits well Polina Gagarina - Kukushka (Cookoo) with clips from the movie
BTW Cookoo was a ww2 russian military slang word for sniper
