July 20, 1941 , A decisive Juncture was developing in the early stages of Operation Barbarossa , at Mogilev Russian Forces counterattacking from the North and South toward Mogilev could cutoff German Panzer and Motorized Elemements East of Mogilev if the Russian Motorized and Rifle Elements made contact at Mogilev.

Situation: Russian Motorized Elements counter attacking from the North with Rifle Elements counterattacking from the South toward Mogilev to cutoff all German Forces East of that Point.
