Alexander Sokourov's Moloch

Has anybody seen the Russian movie (shot in German language though), Moloch? It came out in 1999 and got an award at the Cannes film festival.
This is a definite must for all "Third Reich enthusiasts" since it depicts a weekend at the Berghof, in company of Hitler and EB, the Goebbels couple and Bormann.
Sokourov claims to have used both Göbels' and Bormann's diaries along with notes from one of the Führer's personal secretaries, a guy names Ricker. Does that name ring any bells? And does anyone know where I could get a video of this film? (highly unlikely, I know!)
