Blufff.... after a hard research I found this obscure movie
Actor's name Rupert Graves ( known by role Inspector Lestrade )

' Una questione privata ' (1993), by Alberto Negrin
The director shares his last name with a famous but contoversial politician from a short lived republic.
Juan Negrín

Besides you, I don't think many people see this movie....

No, they don't, and that's a pity. It was a RAI television movie, while the remake was in the cinema. I also read the novel by Beppe Fenoglio, a former partisan. It gives not only an interesting insight into the partisan war (including the rivalry between "Red" and "Blue" forces), but it shows that the are no "private matters" during wartime. Milton's attempt to sort out his love life leads to the death of several people, including himself.

It's your turn, Thoma.

A Bridge too far (1976).

Walter Model was really ahead of the times. Or what is the 1951 Mercedes-Benz 220 doing in Arnhem?

Hans, it‘s just a guess and probably not the “classic“ askropp is looking for.

Benny Hill - British Comedian, 200% Prozent! :D

Not sure about the movie, but with the "B***s", the movies were perfect, for almost every audience, late 1980s stuff...

A show about war, hmm.., for sure, there was one about the damn nazis, but which one?

Huh? Uhm ... believe me, the cast is full of famous names, but Benny Hill was not among them. Of course, the stills show supporting actors.
