New clue:
"Otto Normalverbraucher"
Hans
"Otto Normalverbraucher"
Otto Normalverbraucher (also Otto Normalbürger or Otto Normal for short) is a fictitious person with the average needs or characteristics of the population as a whole. In market research, the name describes the average consumer.

Okay, the puzzle is too difficult.
Here the redemption: "Berliner Ballade" / 1948 https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Berliner_Ballade
The German actor Herr Gert Fröbe as "Otto Normalverbraucher", very simple, very modest, a far cry from his later role as the villain "Goldfinger."
Excellent German cinema from the year 1948, Berlin still in ruins.
A wonderful person and actor, very warm, always helpful, down to earth, a true role model.

Very close, if a yellow submarine had appeared, then the war would have been "won"...
