But isn't the 'Rise of Evil' a movie that is played by actors speaking English, (yes; some of the movies actors are Germans). and made by a Canadian Movie Company.

So the movie is not In German Language originally.

von Thoma is of course correct.

It's one of Rainer Werner Fassbinder's lesser known classics, supported by a terrific soundtrack score by Peer Raben and a wonderful rendition of "Lili Marleen" by the very talented Hanna Schygulla.

If you don't speak German, avoid purchasing the DVD as the subtitles are all badly wrong. They don't match what is being said on screen. :lol:
