Pedantically, this vehicle was not shown in the movie with those characters, tis a publicity shot. Very good spot on Dick Shawn and Giovanni Ralli

"Life is Beautiful" - Italian movie from the late 1990s which won quite a few awards.

Re: Game: guess from which war/historical movie is the picture?
I've still never seen it. I only remember it was the first movie which won a major Academy Award that I'd never even heard of at the time.
A undeserving award, Tom Hanks was robbed for "Saving Private Ryan" and even some of the other acting nominees were more worthy.
Here's a historical one. Not war related. This scene is replicated exactly from the live TV news broadcast at the time.

Re: Game: guess from which war/historical movie is the picture?
No, it's based on true historical events. In an era before 24-hour rolling news coverage, this was a bit of a scoop as it happened whilst the evening news was on. Even the reporter above was surprised as he was about to get an unexpected interview.
Small clue: The building above where this took place would become the scene of further historic events that shook the world a few years later.

Seems to me guess Margaret Thatcher ( brooch ) in the background, perhaps ' The Iron Lady ' ( 2011 ) ?

Re: Game: guess from which war/historical movie is the picture?
Well you are right about the person. But wrong movie. Still a decent win...
"Thatcher - The Final Days" (1991) with Sylvia Sims playing the embattled PM who gate crashed the 6pm evening news to announce she was standing for the 2nd round of the Conservative party leadership election, after missing out on victory by just 2 votes. Her speech in front of the cameras was full of hubris and arrogance. It probably sealed her fate.
Within 36 hours, she conceded after a haemorrhage in her support.
The building is the British embassy in Paris. She was attending a European security conference in the city on the night of the election. Which would become more famous in 1997 when Princess Diana's body was taken there following her death in hospital.
