Don't know the name of the instrumental piece, but the sung part is "Gloria, Viktoria" song. It seems to be a radio recording.

Cheers,
Ivan

Greetings from Oregon, where we kiss where the sun don't shine
This excerpt is from The World at War series by Thames, BBC back in the early '70's and of late available on DVD. I've been particularly taken with this song and over the years I've heard it in various programs and movies. Can anyone help me identify the title of this song?
Thanks in advance and a lify of the lynch lid.

Schwester spricht:
"Welch Gesicht?"
Kennt den Bruder nicht.
Kommt daher die Mutter sein,
Schaut ihm kaum ins Aug hinein,
Ruft sie schon:
"Hans, mein Sohn!
Grüß dich Gott, mein Sohn!"

Hallo,

it's called 'Russland-Fanfare', taken from Les Préludes by Franz Liszt.

"Russland-Fanfare" was a mix of a tune from "Horst-Wessel-Lied" and from "Les préludes", not just the latter.

It's the folk song "Wenn wir marschieren", recording taken from the famous "Drei Lilien, drei Lilien" medley by Musikkorps 6 der Bundeswehr.

Is anyone able to identify this song? (By the way there is some cool footage of Indian soldiers with the IJA in the video).
