This GM (later FML) was Commander of an important and well-known military training center.

This military training facility was founded in 1717 and was mostly located in Vienna or in the area around Vienna.
Only from 1851 to 1869 the location was Klosterbruck near Znojmo. This officer was the last commander.

Last commander of Technische Militärakademie in Mödling was Fmlt. Oskar von Heimerich.
