I've been reading Joseph Roth's novel Radetzky March, and I would like to know if anyone could recommend any other novels about the KuK army?

Good Soldier Schweik is a classic read.

OOp! Already mentioned above.

Well, there was also a sequel novel.

The Biggins books are an entire series. All good reads.
