Unidentified medal

Hello,
I have a medal which dates from the end of the XIXth century. It belonged to a family member (of Alsatian origin) who worked in Hungary (then in the Austrian Empire). At the center of the medal is a 20-kreuzer silver coin dated 1833.
I would love to identify this medal.

Thank you Christian. I accept its lack of value. However, I'd love to understand what it is (some award ? commercial/artistic exhibition ? commemoration ?).
Regards

Patrick
