Hi guys! Anybody knows who is the person beside Emperor Karl?
Photo was taken in Böhmen, don´t know a date.

It is a civil servant, I would assume a "Bezirkshauptmann".

As you can read Karl was welcomed in the "Bezirkshauptmannschaft", so the most probable men for accompanying the emporer in Neudek is the highest official there, the "Bezirkshauptmann".

Therefore it is with 95 %:

Dr.iur. Karl Schram, Bezirksoberkommissär mit Titel und Charakter eines Bezirkshauptmannes.
