Re: K.u.K Army division TOE 1914
Divisional artillery brigades were (ideally) equipped with 24 field guns and 12 field howitzers.
Organization was in two regiments, one field gun and one field howitzer. The former had two "divisions" (Abteilung?) each of two batteries of six guns. The howitzer "regiment" had two divisions of six howitzers.
Modern equipment was in short supply, so in the field gun regiment two batteries were equipped with M1908 - 8 cm guns and the other two with M1899 - 9 cm guns. The howitzers were M1899 - 10 cm howitzers.
This was not uniform, and numerous regiments (34 out of 42) had an additional battery of field guns with older 9 cm guns. Eight divisions had 36 guns total; the rest had (according to the a-h.army website below) 42 guns total, but those included a large number of obsolescent weapons.
Each division was to have 28 machine guns - M.7 or M.7/12 - 8 mm Schwarzlose, water cooled; tripod mount.

Austro-Hungarian Army had 49 divisions in Aug 1914, 8 divisions had 12 x 8cm feldkanone, 12 x 9cm feldkanone and 12 x 10cm howitzer and another 34 divisions had 12 x 8cm, 18 x 9cm and 12 x 10 cm howitzers. but how About other 7 divisions ? I check in 1914, there are 32 x K.u.K divisions, 8 x Landwehr, 8 x Honrad and 1 x reserve division of older men. I guess they are all same ?
In this Website, I doubt if any racial composition of infantry Regiment, I see Austrian traditional Policy is divide and rule, I doubt if Carniola Regiment would be all Slovenian and Galician Regiments wer all Poles ? Thank
