Generalintendant Rudolf WALLNER was a Landwehr General, for whom I am having a hard time finding his exact dates of promotion to Generalintendant and his retirement. Access to Landwehr Verordnungsblaetter is much more complicated than for joint army Verordnungsblaetter...
