My new candidate became Oberst in 1915 and was promoted to Generalmajor after WW1.

This Tit.FMLt (1914, retired in 1911) spent more than 35 years in the Tiroler Jägerregiment (and following unit).

Served with IR 7 from 1905 - 1916.

Last service as Leiter der Heeresverwaltungsstelle Graz.

I assume it´s time for a clue:

served with many regiments before 1914, from 1914 - 1918 with IR 82.

Last service as commander of "selbständiges Infanteriebaon 1" in Bundesheer.
