He certainly resembles Erzherzog Albrecht. AFAIK he was Inhaber of Dragoon Regt. 5, and also (I think) I.R. 4 Hoch und Deutschmeister. The uni looks like an uhlan regt, however.

Its a guess.

Hi,

I have to confess that I have no idea who it could be. But it is not EH Albrecht. He wore spectacles and he never was knight of MMTO starting his career there as commander´s grade.

Gentlemen,

he is not EH Albrecht but the uniform is that of an Uhlan Regiment. The gentlemen concerned commanded a corps in 1866 (with not great success).

Okay, then it should be Eduard Graf Clam-Gallas (1805 - 1891), commander of I. Armee-Corps at Königgrätz.

and he was owner of the Husaren-Regiment Nr. 13 from 1850 on.

This regiment was an Uhlanen-Regiment before (from 1851 - 1873) so we can assume that Clam-Gallas is wearing the Uhlans uniform.
