A new one what we would call a "talking coat of arms" (source on the pic).

Born in 1839, promoted to Generalmajor in 1897, nobility in 1898.

Time for clue: he was Pionieroffizier. Died in 1913. 1889 - 1891 Geniedirektor in Triest.
