Hungarian Independance pre-World War I

Post by uglystkvictm » 15 Oct 2004 20:30

Was there movments for Hungarian Independance pre-World War I. I look for info but just keep finding stuff from the 1840's.

Also I'm curious who the leaders were of these movements, if there were any.

I could suggest some links about hungarian history and culture

Code: Select all

http://www.hungarian-history.hu/
http://hipcat.hungary.org/users/hipcat/

And the hungarian electronic library with free books:

Code: Select all

http://mek.oszk.hu/
Here you can find books mostly in hungarian,BUT if you search
you can find books in english and german.
