Looks very much like a carriage I have seen cited as for a 305mm gun a few times, couldn't vouch for the model though.

Concerning post # 701 ,it is difficult , but it could be :
21 cm SKL/45 on Bettunggerust ( Peter Adalbert ) Two
spare barrels from Blücher used on land . Later the guns
were used as railway guns
