Landwehr-Infanterie Regimenter location, August 1914

Hello,

I couldn't trace some of these territorial regiments at the outbreak of the war. I think that they existed from early August 1914, but I was unable to locate them in the German order of battle at the start of the operations.
These are the Landwehr-Infanterie Regimenter Nr.8, 21, 39, 61, 66, 71, 82, 119 and 123 (out of 88 identified Landwehr-Infanterie Regimenter).

i have some additional information. This is from "Handbuch der Verbände und Truppen des deutschen Heeres". I have translated "Auftstellung" as "forming up". The book distinguishes between subordination ("Unterstellung") and "Zuteilung", I have noted these cases with "with".
