This is Army Form Z. 18 given on demobilisation which is one of the few forms showing a soldiers service
Interpreting it is not straight forward
Enlisted 1914 as Private (Infantry?)
May 1915 Sargent (Infantry?)
From 3rd November 1915 to 3rd July 1917 there is a gap
July 1917 Bombardier (Artillery)
Feb 1919 ?? Cpl 65th Brigade Artillery Colimn AFA (Australian Field Arty?) Back of the form has a stamp saying 65th Brigade Artillery Column RFA

If anyone can improve on this please let me know your thoughts
