Good morning all,

Article about WWI's White House public opinion molding program via the Committee On Public Information (CPI) run by George Creel.

Great video accompanies article.

WARNING: The poster "Mad Brute" with the guerrilla and girl displays some non-psychological nudity. Discretion for some advised.

I do not understand the expression "straightforward, understated tone of newspaper articles".

I do understand "the cheer leading variety".

Some humor is in article: "press releases disguised as news stories".
