Good morning all,

Lady Liberty is featured as helpless but still healthy looking.

Note "German measles" transiting to "Liberty measles", "prohibitionist water".

What does "verein" mean ?

Did the members of the Quincy City Council destroy X-Ray machines ? Cultural appropriation at its worst !
