Serbia campaign - need help

Post by Old Bear » 18 Jan 2019, 21:05

Another question about my Grandfather - he served in 37. Landwerinfantrie regimente ( LIR Nr 37) ''Gravosa'', as part of 4th Mountain Brigade ( Wenzel won Wurm), !8 th division, XVI corps, 6.th Army ( Potiorek).
During the final retreat from Serbia in December, 4th MB was ordered to secure retreat to Bosnia, untill all trups cross the river Drina, near Rogačica, Serbia. Austrians blown off the pontoon bridge before 37.LIR come over, so they must swim, or become prisoners.
The question:

Does anyone knows ( or know where to search) :

Exact date - ( 07-10.12. 1914) ??
Exact place near Rogačica ??
TIA
