than Berlin to the Russians." I am sure in German it reads differently. But something like this is often translated into English and attributed to the Kaiser. Is the translation accurate? just okeh? When was it said and in what context is it reported. What was communicated to the Tsingtau commander and when? Many thanks in advance.
