Does anyone have any information (with sources) on the size of any South American armies in 1914? I am particularly interested in Ecuador, Uruguay, and Venezuela, but information on any other South American army would be welcome.

Uruguay around 5000

Ecuador permanent Army fixed at 516 officers and 4006 others ranks, in 1913 counted actually 290 officers and 3766 others ranks

It is in German, but here are the entries from Heere und Flotten aller Staaten der Erde, published in April 1914.
