A wild guess: could it be Gallipoli? The soldiers look French to me!

I'm not sure where exactly the French landed, should be somewhere in the Dardanelles area. The French were not particularly battle worthy during the campaign, especially compared with the Anzac troops. In a word, they were not up to the task of fighting the determined Turks! lol:

Yes, It's the Austro-Hungarian Romfell, one of the only two armored car designs of the Monarchy (the other is the Junovics), and arguably the most aethetically appealing AFV's of the Great War! :lol:
