It is a bit out of my field, but there have been numerous memoirs written about the 94th, starting with Eddie Rickenbacker.

The best overall history of the AAS is,
Hudson, James J.
HOSTILE SKIES: A Combat History of the Americana Air Service in World War I

Syracuse University Press, 1968, 338 p. In the index the 94th is mentioned too many times to count.
