In Spanish sources it is usually (though not always) "Goliat", so it can be that your source is mistaken, though I can't be sure as I have not seen any official document with the name of the submachine-gun.
Also, your scanned source lacks any mention of some other submachine-guns that were used in the SCW (and by the way: "plus d'un million de morts" 8O ).
Regars.

Something related in Italian:
http://miles.forumcommunity.net/?t=16079125

Like the a bit unclear (at least to me) Suomi M/31 smg case (online translation):
As regards the Suomi M 31 in the journal "Armas y Municiones" Juan Luis y de la Mortera Calvó Artemio says that 410 Suomi KP were landed in the port of Euzkadi on 18 November 1936, by the Yorkbrook "(this date corresponds according to Howson to the arrival of another steam containing war material," Rona "). This news is undermined by the fact that the registration numbers of the weapons correspond to a period of production after the supposed date of arrival in Spain. It is certain that the Finland ceded several types of weapons, sold to other countries (including Estonia), but that for paths traverse, arrived in Republican Spain.

And here something about the possible Suomi (and Tallinn?) smg transports to Spain:
