Re: Legion Condor Vehicles images
Please,please...We could then help you to identify these vehicles, which side they belonged and if they are war or postwar pictures...Bill Murray wrote:This thread has become active again and I have a question for Sturm78.......
I have a number of photos of vehicles used in the Spanish Civil War, but not all of them are "LC" vehicles.
Some have registration plates "ET" or Ground Forces and some have no specific identification if they were used by the Nationalists or by the Republican forces. Other photos are of vehicles donated by various Red Cross or similar organizations.
Would it be alright/OK with you if I posted this collection on your "Legion Condor Vehicle Images" thread??????????

Re: Legion Condor Vehicles images
Hi all,
Not a Legion Condor vehicle but...
I found this image in the net and raised me three questions:
1: Can somebody identify the truck ?
2: The truck is loaded with an italian Pavesi artillery tractor. Does somebody know when these tractors were bought by Spanish Army and the quantity?
3: The truck is towing an 155mm Schneider-Trubia M1917 howitzer on a special artillery trailer. Were these trailers adopted prior Spanish Civil War or during the war ?
