Strategic bombing raids by He70s on Republican hydroelectric plants in the Pyrenees?

I have found several internet references to raids by a flight of He70s on hydroelectric plants in the Pyrenees in 1937-38.

Does anyone have any idea which plants were hit, when and with what results?

The attacks were made from 17 to 19 February 1937 and from 23 to 26 March 1937. The hydroelectric plants hit were those of Seira, Balaguer, Capdella and San Lorenzo in February, and Sástago, Serós, Tremp and Camarasa in March. As for the results they are more difficult to assess; as an example, here are the results of the February attacks according to the Nationals' intelligence:
