Hello to all :D; something about it......................................

La Rasa airfield.

This airfield in the vicinity of El Burgo de Osma, was one of the airfields that were enabled during the Civil War in the province of Soria, 7 km from the capital, in the town of La Rasa. It was located between the sugar factory and the Duero River, on the esplanade that today occupies the large plots of apple trees and was used by nationals. It initially supported the Italian Legionary Aviazione, later the German Condor Legion.

Any idea of the Legionary Aviation units that operated from here? Cheers. Raúl M 8-).

La Rasa airfield.

AFAIK In March 1937, the first and third squadrons of Fiat CR-32 of Legionary Aviation were based at the aerodrome (thanks Mencey).

Cheers. Raúl M 8-).
