Research on Flemish who was at Camp Miranda del Ebro

Mayby it is not a topic for here but i am looking for information on a flemish Germanic SS member who died in 1945 at this camp.

He fled to Spain and got interned there.

Where could i get information/confirmation on how and wenn exactly he died.

Any information about Flemisch in German service (Waffen SS, OT, NSKK, Kriegsmarine, DRK, ...) during WWII is welcome.
