"Little Boy" was dropped by the Enola Gay on Hiroshima, "Fat Man" was dropped by Bock's Car on Nagasaki.

Although this thread is two decades old, I should mention that the original primary target for the Fat Man bomb carried by the B-29 Bockscar was Kokura, with Nagasaki being the secondary target. However, Kokura was found to be obscured by clouds and drifting smoke from fires started by a major firebombing raid by 224 B-29s on nearby Yahata on August 5, so the crew of Bockscar decided to proceed to Nagasaki. That city was obscured by clouds, as well, and Frederick Ashworth ordered the pilot to make a radar approach. At the last minute, however, bombardier Captain Kermit K. Beahan found a hole in the clouds obscuring Nagasaki, so the Fat Man bomb was instantly dropped by Bockscar.
