Anything close to the bookset "Germany & The Second World War" for Pacific?

Hi,

I am a "fan" of the series "Germany and the Second World War" (Das Deutsche Reich und der 2. Weltrkrieg), because it is highly analytical, extremely well structured, captures the main developments and also full with detail. It covers military operations, economics, etc. Although it covers the Pacific a bit, well the main focus is the ETO.

Does anyone know a publication that is similar and for the Pacific theater?

thx in advance

Green Book series for the US Army (~70+ vols) If you read English
BKS/Senshi Sosho for the Imperial Japanese military (102 vols) If you read Japanese

I know a few from the Green Book series, but those are basically "overkill", only detail, at least what I have seen, also those are quite dated if I remember correctly, e.g., weren't they written before ULTRA was declassified?
