Good morning all,

Happy Independence Day for celebrants.

Preface; For a bench mark or reference point, it was 12 December 1937 when Japanese forces attacked the USS Panay in China.

If American pilots flying US aircraft violated the Neutrality Act, I am guessing Universal Trading Corp's funds transfers violated the Neutrality Act.

The referenced Tie Tie Anna, was indeed an avid member of the socio-political circuit.

.........

For strategic thinkers / planners / historians; The post WW II Flying Tigers air cargo company, the world's largest, was effectively closed down by Japan. I hold a copy of the CAB decision.
