Good morning all,

Per ...

Real good pictures.

As an aside; I believe US General Harold K. Smith, Army Chief of Staff, circa LBJ administration, was a Bataan survivor.

I've been wanting to travel to the Philippines with my metal detector to look for pieces of history. I want to re-trace the Bataan Death March so I can check if there are anything interesting that mightve left behind by the prisoners and the Japanese.

Hmmm, suggest you do NOT do this, man you gonna end up dead or in prison somewhere facing weird charges, as the Philippines are not safe anymore, for sure with some guy searching wqith a detector off the sides of roads.
