Escape From Japanese Internment By German Sailors

When the Japanese heard that WWII ended in defeat for Germany in May of 1945,the Japanese military authorities had put the German servicemen that were stationed on Japanese territory into internment camps. The internment camps' condition are sometimes harsh for the Germans. I wonder if there were any escapes from the camps by German Kriegsmarine sailors and other German servicemen and go into hiding in the jungle and sometimes meet with the natives who were against Japanese treatment of them. Maybe there were instances of Germans leading the natives and made raids on Japanese military installations right up to the Japanese defeat and surrender to the Allies. I thought I should share this possible idea with you.
