Books about Manchukuo/Mengjiang/Outer Mongolian participation in the Soviet-Japanese conflict

I'd like some recommendations for books (or articles) that provide some detail on the contribution of Manchukuoan, Mengjiang, and Outer Mongolian forces to the Soviet-Japanese border conflicts and the Soviet invasion of Manchuria in 1945.

I have Philip Jowett's Rays of the Rising Sun: Armed Forces of Japan's Asian Allies Vol. 1 which provides some info on Manchukuoan/Mengjiang units that participated in these events.

I also have the article Caught between states: Urjin Garmaev and the conflicting loyalties of trans-border Buryats by Sayana Namsaraeva, which touches a bit on Buryat soldiers caught on both sides of the Khalkhin Gol fighting.
